Our team has collectively been involved in over $3 billion of debt funding. We provide permanent, bridge, construction, mezzanine and private debt financing, offering a wide array of financing products such as Agency, CMBS, and Portfolio loans.  We offer long term 35 and 40-year fixed loans for existing and construction of multifamily properties.  These two long term fixed rate products act as a hedge to the property’s valuation in a rising interest rate environment.
