My expertise in both the distress and traditional Real Estate Markets has put me in the upper echelon of New York State Realtors. My professional career began on the cusp of the new millennium in an industry very much attached to real estate. After attending Adelphi University, I took my first job at a well-known Mortgage company. Over the course of the next 8 years I gained valuable Mortgage experience.

In 2008 I realized that my understanding of mortgages could help me tremendously in real estate sales. By mid-2008 I obtained my New York State Real Estate License. Shortly after earning my Real Estate License I was employed by Cruse Real Estate, which is where my career began. This was no ordinary Realtor position. I was dealing specifically with distressed listings and REO properties, a market that most realtors shy away from because of its difficulty. It was here that I gained valuable knowledge in the distress market. Not only did I meet the challenge, I excelled at them. During my time with Cruse, I led a company overhaul that increased their traditional sales. I was very instrumental in converting Cruse Real Estate into a full service real estate firm, which ultimately increased their business productivity.

With my gained knowledge of the real estate industry I decided to move my career to the next level. After consistent high quality work at each of my endeavors, I took on the toughest challenge of my career In 2013 I started my own Real Estate Company Joseph Anthony Homes Inc. and In 2018 Purchased A NextHome Franchise.
