This company was created out of frustration. Yes…you read that correctly. There were times when we needed products from the U.S. while living in the Caribbean and companies did not live up to our professional expectations. Wrong products were shipped with zero accountability. Emails went unanswered in the middle of the ordering process. Customer service was nonexistent. When we decided enough was enough, Source Florida Direct LLC was born! Successfully operating since 2019, we take great pride in our excellent customer service.
