David A. Williams (David Anthoni) is a native of Kinston, North Carolina. Born to Master Gunnery Sergeant Preston D. Williams and Edna Isabell Watson, Williams attended Kinston Senior High School, winning multiple scholarships from oratorical contest held in the region.

Williams earned a BA degree in English and a minor in Journalism from East Carolina University, Greenville, North Carolina. He furthered his education by earning the Master of Divinity degree from Hood Theological Seminary, Salisbury, NC. Williams holds the Doctor of Divinity degree from Livingstone College.

David Anthoni is the creative personality of DaGrip Podcast (2019). Over the years, he has created the D’dubb Talk Show, BTFT (Bible Talk For Teens) and Power Drive at 5. DaGrip Podcast prides itself to be an easy going, everyday journal for creativity, culture, lifestyle, and inspiration with host David Anthoni and his special guest. No subject is untouched. When David Anthoni takes the mic, he intentionally seeks to uplift and motivate his listeners to have a great day everyday.

In addition to being the lead personality of DaGrip, David Anthoni is also a motivational speaker. He’s available for your event and would enjoy connecting with you and your organization.
