Coleen was very responsive over the phone and also in person. We contacted her through the internet about a house that we did not end up buying but she showed us about 25+ homes to help us make an informed decision. I am very glad I worked with Stephen. We only went to see properties on a Sunday (ONCE) and on my third house we put an offer. He pushed our offer over investors’ cash offer. He answered all of our questions promptly via email, text, or phone calls.

I was fortunate enough to locate Steve on Zillow. Steve is very knowledgeable in the Tampa area and made recommendations as to neighborhoods. He would locate houses to view that met my criteria and was open to showing homes I had located on my own. After a few weeks we could walk into a home and Steve knew what I wanted so well that he knew immediately it was a no go prior to me stating such.
Once we entered the offer negotiation phase Steve’s strength was evident. I was able to obtain the house I wanted, in the area I wanted for the price I was wiling to pay.

My husband and I had been looking on and off for homes and land for the past 2 years. We had met with alot of realtors and at open houses but no one really consistently was around or seemed knowledgeable. Then, we met Jeff through an online contact form submission and met him at a home showing. From there we saw about 25 more homes throughout the months. And one weekend he notified us he was going for a short 3 day vacation and of course that is the weekend we ventured off to an open house to find our dream home haha.. But Jeff was so dedicated he called us back from the airport to help us through the process while he was heading back home. We closed on that home within a little over a month. The closing process was so smooth and he answered all our questions and concerns as first time home buyers and he came to all the home inspections to offer his insights. Jeff Wible was very helpful and responsive in guiding my wife and I to purchasing our first home. He was very willing to educate me on several topics and specifics that I asked for clarification on. He also would hardly let any time pass before returning a phone call, email, or text, and always found time to meet with us at any properties we were interested in.
Once we put in an offer on a house and it was accepted, time started ticking for us. We had a trip out of the country looming less than two months ahead, placing a deadline on when we could close. Jeff worked very closely with our mortgage broker, often requiring several actions per day. There was issues with our financing, which meant we had to reapply and switch lenders part-way through the process. Any time our Lender requested something from the selling party (it was Bank owned), such as an addendum or a signed document, Jeff was quick to get it for us.
I know that had we went with a lesser real estate agent, we may not have ever closed on our house. If he can handle our difficult situation with such professionalism and skill, I’m confident that he could help anyone.
