Active Cohesion was born out of his observations of seeing motivated and successful individuals on executive teams failing to live up to maximizing their contribution in being a part of a dynamic team.
Anthony has closely worked with many senior executives to radically change company culture from a siloed mentality to enterprise powerful leadership teams. He gained valuable experience in working in an international environment, across different business groupings and with a wide variety of cultures at all levels of management.
As a facilitator and coach, Anthony emphasises the need for designing pragmatic solutions to obtain a true buy in from teams to change their routines and habits. His vast experience has made him aware that there is never a “one size fits all” approach and undertakes comprehensive diagnostics to fully understand the organisation and team(s) to ensure the correct bespoke solution is executed.
